Marilyne Tamayo served as the Assistant Director for ProperData from late 2021 – early 2025. She oversaw the administrative and operational management of the center and led the Broadening Participation in Computing (BPC) outreach activities for ProperData. Due to her experience programming outreach highschool programs in her previous role, Marilyne oversaw our yearly summer program on Privacy and IoT for community college students. In 2024, the program was reformatted to cover the topic of Artificial Intelligence and to be presented to a high school student population.
